Public Relations and our speciality, Crisis Management, are rarely thought about in SME's - usually until it's too late. If the worst should happen, make sure you have us behind you.

Things in business can, and likely will, go wrong. The scale of problems, who’s affected and what impact it has on the business are all important factors, but non more so than how the problem is perceived by the public and, in some cases, the media. This is where PR becomes extremely important.

Our scope for PR services is intentionally quite narrow, because we strongly believe in only offering services that we know offer value to our clients. We specialise in crisis management for clients, offering reassurance, assistance and a single point of contact to ensure all communications are checked and approved before being released to the public or media.

Crisis management, by its very nature, is a service you won’t need day-to-day, and hopefully will never need, but having us on hand should the worst happen, ensures we have procedures in place to help your business weather any storm. For a small setup fee, we’ll prepare a procedure to follow in the event of a crisis, and supply you with:

Media Training

If a statement needs to be given to the media, we’ll provide key staff with media training on how to accurately deliver statements, answer questions and ensure that journalists can’t take advantage of clients, by encouraging them to say more than they intended.
