Bringing Back Tradition

In December 2014, we were approached by Chris at Wedding Horseshoes, to help us improve his existing e-commerce business, Wedding Horseshoes. Having built a solid reputation for high quality, authentic and traditional Wedding gifts, we needed to improve not only the aesthetics but also the functionality and usability of the site, without confusing existing, loyal customers.

What We Did

An Authentic Brand Identity & Site

Following research on both Wedding Horseshoes customers and competitors, we developed a vintage ‘stamp’ brand identity, that encapsulated the traditions, values and ethos of the business. We reimagined the overall website structure, to break the personalisation options down into 3 simple steps, to make the order process flow more smoothly. We also developed a range of print materials to match the new identity and website.

The Results

Customer Approved, Proven Results

Since the website relaunch, visitor to customer conversions have increased, with the business receiving great feedback on the new site – including some customers mentioning that the site design was the deciding factor between Wedding Horseshoes and it’s competitors. In addition, our Google AdWords campaign for Wedding Horseshoes has seen traditionally sluggish end-of-year sales increase.
