We were approached by RightMark following our work for the EU of GP’s in Lancashire. At the time, RightMark had just been decided as the name of the business and launch plans were at the initial stages. Following discussions on the target market, business structure and direction, we formulated a path to launch whilst supplying some great contacts and advice to help the business develop quickly.
As a medical training provider, RightMark is targeted at a relatively young client base primarily. With this in mind, we developed a fresh, approachable and inviting brand identity that gave a clear indication of the results that are possible, if the programmes outlines are followed clearly. This was twinned with an online booking and candidate check-in system, which also featured an app for use by staff, to scan tickets and record attendance times. All of this was backed up by a solid social media campaign with targeted ad’s.
Whilst RightMark’s website and marketing materials are still being developed, there has been a great reaction and positive feedback towards the brand and marketing materials. The website’s usability, functionality and design has also been well received. With several strands of the marketing strategy still in development, we look forward to working with RightMark for the foreseeable future.
