EnsureCover approached us in the summer of 2015, as their existing website was difficult to use, difficult for staff to update and ran slowly. We were asked to reimagine the entire website to create a friendly, approachable and straight-forward user experience, whilst creating additional marketing materials and branded products to further the EnsureCover brand.
With EnsureCover, we started from scratch, developing a new visual language to the website, with bold, simple colours and navigational icons to help users find the cover they needed, with minimum fuss. Integrating call back forms on each page and fast quote request forms, we also enhanced customer service with a bespoke live chat integration to offer fast assistance to end-users. As with all of our sites, we ensured the site displayed as well on mobile devices as desktops.
Since the website redesign, usage statistics have improved dramatically, with bounce rates lowered, per-page times increased and overall enquiry conversion improved. We continue to work closely with EnsureCover to assist with their AdWords and organic SEO strategy, whilst providing marketing, promotional and brand identity materials as required.
